Create in company! The Knit and Natter group meets twice weekly on Monday between 2 pm - 4 pm and on Wednesday between 12 pm - 3 pm. They welcome new members or guests regardless of experience level. Perfect your craft or just enjoy the company of new friends!

Knit and Natter

The Little Bears Club is a children's playgroup open to children from birth to school age. They meet at the Library every Friday from 10 am - 11:30 am to socialise, play, read, join in activities and learn via the interactive screen! Bring the kids and enjoy adult company and refreshments for only £1.50 per adult.

Little Bears Club

The Creative Writing Group meets on the first Wednesday of every month between 6 pm and 8 pm. This friendly and supportive group welcomes all would-be authors whether they’re in the process of writing their first novel or have a passion for telling short stories.

Ecclesfield village has a long and interesting history dating back to the time of the Anglo Saxons in 625 AD. The group has a passion for researching and preserving this history by creating archives for future generations. The group meets on the last Monday of every month from 2 pm till 4 pm.

SOAR Employment Support

Are you unemployed and looking for work? Why Struggle when you can SOAR!

Ecclesfield Library will be hosting SOAR Employment Support for anyone over the age of 16 living in Sheffield S5, S6 and S35. This 1 to 1 support service can help to find work, access vocational training and assist in overcoming barriers to employment and confidence building. These sessions are held bi-weekly on a Wednesday between 10am and 12pm.
